Bills of material can be unique to each production facility or common across all plants. Standard features include batch bills, multiple units of measure, unrestricted decimal quantities, yield and scrap factors, phantoms, by-products and component effectivity. Routings are created at a plant level. Each production facility may choose whether to use the routings or not and the level of tracking required.
