Many warehouse management features are available in the inventory system including support for both random and fixed location warehouses, space optimisation, bar-coding, and radio-frequency hand held terminals. Workflow rules set at warehouse level allow each stocking location to operate optimally. Substitutes, supersessions, and obsolete products are catered for. Lot and serial-number controls for the required level of traceability are determined for each products. The WORKSHOP module is integrated with SALES and INVENTORY, providing control and tracking in the after-sales service, repair, and warranty-claims environments.
