Facilities allow the establishment of pricing and discounting matrices across customers, customer groups, products and product groups. Work-flow rules are set for each trading branch. Alternate sales allow orders to be filled by other branches or plants while recognising the sale at the ordering location. Features and options may be specified as the sales order is being processed, which results in unique made-to-order items.
